Houvy does not require users to sign up or create an account. The only information we collect and store is:

• Property addresses you search for
• AI-generated checklists linked to those addresses

This data is saved in our database to provide and improve the experience for users.

2. Local Storage on Your Browser

For your convenience, we also store data locally on your browser (using localStorage). This allows you to revisit the checklist without having to start over. We do not access or collect this local data—it stays on your device.

3. Use of AI

We use third-party AI services to help generate checklist suggestions based on your property searches. These services process your search input solely to generate relevant output.

4. What We Don’t Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Your name
• Your email
• Your IP address (beyond transient technical logs)
• Device or browser-specific tracking data

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your checklist and property data is only used to provide the service.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is nothing you need to request removal of. If you’d like to clear your local data, you can do so directly through your browser settings.

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above.
